Extra Innings Fall Instructional Baseball League
High School Division – Games will primarily be scheduled on Sundays, but there will be some Saturday games. Games are played with 90 foot bases and 60’6” mound. This league is a great way for players to continue training for their upcoming Spring baseball season, or to try a new position. Coaches will be provided. Teams will train both indoors at Extra innings and on the field.
13/14 Division - Based on age as of 4/30/2009. Players must be eligible to play Babe Ruth or Pony League ball for the 2009 season. All doubleheaders are played on Saturdays, August 30th through September 29th . Makeup games on Sundays if necessary. Games are played with 80 foot bases and 54 foot mound.
10-12 Division - Ages 10 -12 based on age as of 4/30/2009. All doubleheaders are played on Saturdays, August 30th through September 29th. Makeup games on Sundays if necessary. Games are played with 60 foot bases and 46 foot mound.
10U Instructional Class - For ages 7 – 10, this class gives kids the opportunity to learn and establish overall fundamentals. Each week there will be a structured practice time that includes drills on fielding, hitting, and pitching. The students will also play scrimmage games with on-field situations in a controlled setting. Great for first time kid pitch or players that want to establish skills in a variety of positions. This class will meet each Saturday morning at Extra Innings from 9-10:30.
